Hello and welcome to the 2011-2012 school year!!! This will be my 11th year teaching in the district. In addition to teaching at Roosevelt I will be teaching at Richmond Elementary. If you like to talk to me in person I am available from 12:40-2:00 MW and after 2:45 TR or you can also contact me at the phone number/email that is listed above. If I am unavailable, just leave a message and I will return the message at my earliest convenience.
A reminder to all of the parents that their child should have the following items in class at all times:
- Proper PE clothes: non-marking athletic shoes, athletic shorts/pants, shirt/long sleeved t-shirt, non-spray deodorant stick (NO Bod or Axe)
- Heart rate monitor straps (needed for ALL students)
- a 2 pocket folder with a pen/pencil and loose leaf paper/notebook (only for 7th and 8th graders)
I encourage all parents and students to browse my SharePoint on a weekly basis for important announcements, reminders, up to date lesson/unit plans, or just to see what is going on in our Physical Education classes. Importantly, students are reminded to use this as an important resource for up to date information and reminders of upcoming assignments or quizzes.
